There is a nursing room for those coming with babies. It is located next to the restrooms on the west side of the 3rd floor. It is open to anyone who wants to change their child’s diaper, breastfeed, etc.

The Captain Line passenger boat travels between Universal City Port and Tempozan. To get to Universal City Port, just go to the opposite end of JR Universal City Station from Universal Citywalk Osaka, head down the stairs, and you’ll see Hotel Universal Port on the right. The pier is behind this building.
