There is a nursing room for those coming with babies. It is located next to the restrooms on the west side of the 3rd floor. It is open to anyone who wants to change their child’s diaper, breastfeed, etc.

Universal Citywalk Osaka has a strict no-pets rule. (Exceptions are made for seeing eye dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs.) If you are seen with a pet, you may be approached by a security guard.

Unfortunately, no, we do not have strollers or wheelchairs to lend to our visitors.
